This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center provide everything I need. On my first stay, staff helped me with an insect bite, which I remember fondly. You'll love the friendly assistance here!

Perfect Location and Comfortable Stay
We had a great experience during our 3-night stay. The location was ideal, away from the tourist crowds yet close enough for easy access to the city center, and we appreciated the smartly designed room that provided comfort. The staff were attentive, especially the receptionist who helped us with local recommendations. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable during our last night, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn Rome Claridge. The location is fantastic, in a quiet area that felt safe even at night. Our room was comfortable, featuring a small balcony with lovely views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helping us with local directions and recommendations. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety every morning.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12poor internet
The internet signal on the sixth floor was unreliable, contrasting sharply with its accessibility in the lobby. The room's television lacked smart capabilities, limiting entertainment options to a small selection of international channels. Additionally, some areas displayed signs of wear, like stains on carpets and outdated fixtures that could use a refresh. A notable downside was that complimentary water service discontinued after three days without explanation, which felt inconsistent with guest expectations. Also, the location requires a bus connection to reach popular attractions, which could add to travel time.

This hotel is just a prime choice for a short stint in Rome at a decent price. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty, but the front desk helped quickly when I asked for tea and coffee. Just make sure to confirm amenities when checking in to avoid surprises.

Target audience unappreciated stay
The front desk staff were kindly helpful, giving us a free bruschetta card for the restaurant next door, which was a nice touch. Also, when we arrived, I had no clue how to turn on the lights. a maid with huge enthusiasm showed me how to use the room card.
The prices were steep, but I guess it’s Rome.
