greatly enjoyed that the hotel was fabulous and had very nice staff on one staff member. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a safe, and multi-channel tv. absolutely gorgeous views, the breakfast was really tasty with pastries and fresh juice, as for instance. everything was simply good.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden in Rome. The location was perfect, just a short walk through the park to the Spanish Steps. The rooms were small but lovely, with balconies. The nearby supermarket and Italian restaurant were a great convenience. The reception staff, especially Julia, made our stay warm and comfortable. Despite a few minor issues, we hope to be back again to this great hotel. I highly recommend Hilton Garden in Rome.

After our request for "early breakfast" (departure time 6:15 a.m., official breakfast time 6:30 a.m.) the complete buffet incl. waffles, scrambled eggs etc. was available to us from 5:50 a.m. on. Very good location (tram/bus on the doorstep), although not in the actual (tourist city centre). Journey time in each direction approx. 20-30 min.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was great, with bus stations and tram lines just outside the Aurelian Walls. We felt safe walking at night and getting to the sites we wanted to visit was easily done by taxi or public transportation. The hotel had excellent amenities, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. Our room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The staff were very professional, especially the breakfast team and chef, who provided delicious options for our buffet breakfast. The leisure facilities, including the sauna and Wi-Fi, were also great. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and I loved having a balcony overlooking the street. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently, making communication a breeze. The hotel also offers a convenient airport pick-up service for a reasonable fee, saving us time and hassle. Additionally, the restaurant on the premises was available, but we found some fantastic dining options nearby, like Mattarello and Rossini.

We stayed in a hotel located in a nice neighborhood not far from all of the sites Rome has to offer. The room was comfortably appointed with a balcony that provided a view of the surrounding rooftops. The front desk staff offered helpful and friendly service, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. Additionally, the hotel provided a smartphone in each room, allowing us to have a local phone number and free internet access during our stay.

The hotel did not provide complimentary bottles of water or an espresso machine in the room, which we found disappointing considering the price and standard of the hotel.

Great value for money, with excellent proximity to public transport. The staff at Hilton Garden Inn Claridge were friendly and helpful, providing tram and bus tickets at the reception and offering free use of the business center. The location was ideal, with good restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy nearby.
